Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SanPedroRestoration.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. San Pedro Restoration is a free referral service. We are not a restoration or mold company.

What we collect

  • Phone calls. When you call a number on this site, the call goes through a call routing service. That service receives your phone number, the time and length of the call, and may record the call for quality purposes. It connects you with an independent local company, which then also has your number and anything you tell them.
  • Email. If you email contact@sanpedrorestoration.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
  • Site visits. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It uses cookies and collects things like pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and whether someone tapped a call button. We don’t use it for advertising.
  • Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We don’t have accounts, contact forms or payment pages, and we don’t ask for your address, insurance details or health information.

How we use it

  • To connect your call with a company that serves your area.
  • To answer your email.
  • To understand which pages are useful and fix ones that aren’t.
  • To keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

  • The call routing service and the independent company your call is connected to.
  • Google (Analytics) and our web host, as service providers.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

Your choices

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Ask the company you spoke with directly about the information they hold; they have their own privacy policies.
  • Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

Children

This site is for adults dealing with home repairs. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date below. Questions: contact@sanpedrorestoration.com.

San Pedro Restoration is a free referral service, not a contractor. Calls and requests are passed to independent water damage, mold inspection and remediation companies, who may pay us for referrals. We don't perform, supervise or guarantee their work. Always check a contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov before hiring. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes by the call routing service.

This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. People shown in photos on this site are not contractors listed on this site.
