San Pedro Restoration is a referral service. We are not a restoration or mold company and we don’t do the work ourselves. When you call (number coming soon), you’re connected with an independent water damage, mold inspection or remediation company that serves your area.
Who you’ll talk to
Your call goes to a local company that pays for referrals. They set their own prices, schedule and terms. Any agreement for work is between you and them.
What it costs you
Nothing. The referral is free to you. The company you talk to may charge for an inspection or estimate; ask before you book.
Why this site exists
This site is run by a San Pedro resident who lives near the port and deals with the same salt air and damp mornings you do. The guides here are written to help you deal with water damage, prevent mold and know what to ask before you hire anyone, whether or not you call.
Your checklist before hiring
- Check the company’s California contractor license at cslb.ca.gov.
- Ask how they’ll fix the moisture source, not just the damage.
- Get the scope and price in writing before work starts.
- Ask whether the company that inspects is also the one quoting the removal.
